Information you provide
When you send a message, volunteer interest, partnership inquiry, or request for event updates, the form asks only for the information shown in that form. The website’s form service processes submissions, stores them for the organization, and sends them to the organization so it can respond.
How information is used
NPBA Community Cares may use information you submit to respond to your question, follow up about the interest you expressed, or communicate about a program or event you asked about. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through a general inquiry form.
Children and event registrations
This website does not currently offer event registration or collect participant health, emergency, or payment information. A future event registration process should provide its own notices and safeguards appropriate to the information requested, especially for minors.
Payments
Online donations and event payments are not currently configured on this website. Do not send card numbers, PayPal credentials, or other payment secrets through a contact form or email.
Analytics and links
The site platform may collect privacy-safe usage analytics. Links to external websites, including video platforms, are subject to those providers’ privacy practices.
